Custom Embroidered Gi Patch & Installation Add-On

Personalize your PHENOM Gi with your school, academy, team, sponsor, athlete, business, or personal logo. Your custom embroidered patch will be professionally prepared and sewn directly onto your Gi during production.

This customization add-on must be purchased with an eligible PHENOM Gi in the same order.

Available Placements

• Shoulder Patch — Up to 4×4 inches
• Chest Patch — Up to 4×4 inches
• Pant Leg Patch — Up to 4×4 inches
• Upper-Back Patch — Up to 8×4 inches
• Full-Back Patch — Up to 11×11 inches

Measurements represent the maximum width and height. The finished patch will follow the shape and proportions of your artwork and may not measure exactly square.

How It Works

1. Add an eligible PHENOM Gi to your cart.
2. Select your desired patch placement.
3. Upload a clear copy of your logo or artwork.
4. Provide any requested colors or placement instructions.
5. We will review and prepare your artwork for embroidery.
6. A digital patch and placement proof will be sent for approval.
7. After approval, the patch will be produced and sewn onto your Gi.

Production will not begin until the final proof has been approved.

Multiple Patches and Placements

One add-on includes one embroidered patch installed in one location.

If you would like patches in multiple locations—such as one school logo on the back and another on the shoulder—you must purchase a separate add-on for each patch and placement.

When ordering multiple Gis, please use the special-instructions field to identify which Gi should receive each patch.

Artwork Requirements

For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS file with clear lines and solid colors.

Small lettering, gradients, shadows, photographic elements, distressed effects, and extremely fine details may need to be simplified for embroidery. We will contact you if the design requires adjustments.

Standard artwork preparation is included. Designs requiring extensive redrawing, unusually dense embroidery, exceptionally high stitch counts, specialty thread, or additional revisions may require an additional charge.

Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before production begins.

Placement Information

Patch placement may be adjusted slightly to accommodate Gi seams, reinforcement panels, stitching, sizing, and overall garment construction.

Customers intending to use the Gi in competition are responsible for confirming that their selected patch size and placement comply with the rules of the tournament or governing organization.

PHENOM cannot guarantee IBJJF or other tournament compliance unless the selected size and placement meet the organization’s current requirements.

Important Information

• This add-on must be purchased with an eligible PHENOM Gi.
• Each add-on covers one patch and one placement.
• This add-on is not for installing patches onto previously purchased or customer-supplied Gis.
• Thread colors may appear slightly different from colors displayed on a screen.
• Exact patch sizing will depend on the proportions and shape of the artwork.
• Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, colors, dimensions, and placement details before approving the proof.
• Turnaround time begins after final artwork approval.
• Customization may extend the Gi’s normal production time.
• Once the proof has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
• Customized Gis are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or different from the approved proof.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have authorization from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

PHENOM will not reproduce protected school, academy, business, sponsor, character, organization, or other copyrighted or trademarked material without documented permission from the rights holder.
