PHENOM supports dedicated athletes who are actively competing, building their presence, and representing their sport and community with purpose.

Our Athlete Support Program is open to athletes across combat sports, strength and physique, action sports, and other competitive disciplines.

More Than Sponsorship

PHENOM is building a team of athletes who demonstrate consistency, professionalism, competitive ambition, and a genuine connection with their audience.

Selected athletes may receive access to PHENOM apparel, custom competition gear, promotional opportunities, athlete profile features, sponsor-placement support, affiliate opportunities, event coverage, and other benefits based on their sport, experience, activity, and current program level.

Benefits and support vary by athlete and are not guaranteed.

WHAT PHENOM CONSIDERS

Every application is reviewed individually. PHENOM may consider:

  • Competition background and experience
  • Upcoming competitions, fights, events, or seasons
  • Current training and competition activity
  • Social media presence and audience engagement
  • Posting consistency
  • Reels, videos, photography, and overall content quality
  • Professionalism and communication
  • Community involvement
  • Alignment with PHENOM’s values and brand direction
  • Willingness to actively represent and promote PHENOM
  • The type of support PHENOM can realistically provide

Follower count is only one part of the review. A smaller, highly engaged audience and strong, consistent content may be more valuable than a larger but inactive following.

APPLICATION & SELECTION

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the PHENOM Athlete Support Program.

PHENOM receives interest from athletes with different experience levels, platforms, sports, and support needs. Applications are evaluated based on current program fit, available resources, upcoming opportunities, and PHENOM’s ability to provide meaningful support.

Some athletes may be invited into a different level of the program than originally requested. Others may be asked to continue building their competition history, content, engagement, or overall platform before being reconsidered.

An athlete who is not selected at this time may apply again after demonstrating meaningful growth or completing additional competitions.

Before You Apply

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Accurate athletic and contact information
  • Your primary sport and competition level
  • Gym, team, coach, or organization information
  • Competition history and notable accomplishments
  • Confirmed and planned upcoming events
  • Links to your active social media accounts
  • Examples of your strongest reels, videos, or competition content
  • A short explanation of why you want to represent PHENOM
  • The type of support you are seeking
  • Details about how you would promote and represent the brand

For every athlete under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete or approve the application. PHENOM will also require direct verbal confirmation through a phone call with the parent or legal guardian before the youth athlete can be accepted into the program.

What We Expect From PHENOM Athletes

PHENOM athletes are expected to communicate professionally, remain active in their sport, provide event updates, create quality content, appropriately tag PHENOM, and represent the brand positively at competitions, online, and within their communities.

Acceptance into the program is the beginning of an active working relationship. Continued participation and the level of support offered may depend on communication, activity, content, engagement, conduct, and overall participation.
