Design Process & Free Adjustments

Every custom set includes up to three (3) complimentary design adjustments to help ensure your finished fightwear matches your vision.

Once your initial design concept is presented, you may request adjustments to colors, logo placement, text, or other design details.

Design Adjustment Policy:

• Three (3) design adjustments are included at no additional charge.

• Adjustments may include color changes, logo repositioning, text modifications, and minor artwork refinements.

• Requests for an entirely new design concept or significant redesign may be subject to additional design fees.

• Any adjustments requested beyond the three complimentary revisions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

• Final design approval is required before production begins.

Our goal is to provide a smooth customization experience while ensuring every PHENOM custom set meets your expectations.

Each set is made to order based on your selected design, colors, and approved artwork.

Our team will work with you to finalize your custom design before production begins.

Production Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks following final design approval.

Please Note: All custom artwork and logos must be approved before production. Customers must have permission to use any third-party logos or branding.

Because these products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or is produced incorrectly.
