For athletes who do not yet meet the requirements for our higher tiered sponsorship program, join our Victory Club and still earn rewards!
What's Included:
- 💰 Cash & merch prizes for 1st or 2nd place at pre-approved high-profile events
(Bracket must have 3+ competitors)
🏆 1st Place = Cash (TBD)
🥈 2nd Place = Merch (TBD)
💥 Super Fight Win = Cash (TBD) (pre-approval required)
⚠️ Only 1 payout per tournament, not per division
🧾 Max payout: $250 every 6 months
How to Qualify:
Buy qualifying gear from our website
Promote your match on social media with minimum of 2 posts tagging @phenomapparelco using hashtags #phenomapparelco #teamphenom #phenomfam
Compete in PHENOM gear (No-Gi) or patch set (Gi), place 1st or 2nd
Send clear winning podium photo and highlight reel showing our grappling set or patches + send us event info to sales@phenomapparelco.com
✅ Home gym logos are always allowed in photo and reel submission. Optional: We can collaborate with your gym for a collab style rash guard at an additional cost. Contact us for details.
❌ Competitor fight wear brands will not be accepted for incentives in photos or reels
📲 No signed contract is required to join the Victory Club.
We reserve the right to discontinue support to any athlete, for any reason at our discretion.
ETHICS CLAUSE
At Phenom Apparel Co. LLC, we hold our athletes to the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect, and professionalism, both on and off the mats. We will not continue to support athletes who engage in poor sportsmanship, aggressive behavior toward opponents or their teams, or actions that reflect poorly on the PHENOM brand.

Qualifying Purchase Required
To be eligible for rewards, all PHENOM gear or patches must be purchased directly from our official website. The purchase must be under the same name listed in the tournament results.
Note: Shared gear or items not purchased directly from our site do not qualify for incentives.
