Our program is designed for athletes who are looking to build their personal brand, increase exposure, create sponsorship opportunities, and grow alongside the PHENOM brand.

Before applying, please understand that PHENOM is not a guaranteed cash sponsorship or free merchandise program.

Our focus is on creating long-term opportunities through promotion, content creation, merchandise programs, sponsorship outreach, event coverage, and athlete development.

All accepted athletes begin with a 30-day evaluation period and may be placed into one of three athlete levels:

• Development Athlete

• Featured Athlete

• Premier Athlete

Placement is based on participation, communication, professionalism, and overall partnership potential.
