PHENOM Athlete Partnership Program

The PHENOM Athlete Support Program connects dedicated competitors with businesses and supporters to help offset competition, travel, and related expenses.

This is not traditional sponsorship, this is a partnership. Athletes are expected to promote themselves, represent the brand professionally, and actively engage their community.

PHENOM manages the program, including uniform design and sponsor placement. All support is handled through PHENOM and distributed toward competition fees and related expenses.

Support is not guaranteed and is based on competition activity, professionalism, online presence, and overall fit.

Athlete Expectations

• Promote themselves through content and competition
• Represent PHENOM, their academy, their sponsors, and their community professionally
• Engage their community and seek out potential supporters
• Tag PHENOM and share program-related content

Competition Requirements

• Compete in PHENOM custom designed gear for sponsored NOGI/MMA/BJJ events
• Sponsor placements appear on GI's, rash guards and/or shorts.
• Academy collaboration for uniform design is available when appropriate
• GI athletes must follow tournament patch rules and have academy approval

Additional

• Athletes under 18 require parent/guardian involvement
• PHENOM may update the program as it evolves
