Choose your patch size and quantity, upload your artwork, and provide any special instructions. Every design will be reviewed and prepared for embroidery before production begins.

• Standard — Up to 3×3 inches: Up to 3 thread colors
• Large — Up to 4×4 inches: Up to 3 thread colors
• Extra Large — Up to 5×5 inches: Up to 6 thread colors
• Oversized — Up to 6×6 inches: Up to 6 thread colors
• Jumbo — Up to 7×7 inches: Up to 6 thread colors

Measurements represent the maximum width and height. Your finished patch will follow the shape and proportions of your artwork and may not measure exactly square.

Two-patch and three-patch options receive discounted bundle pricing.

All patches within a bundle must use the same artwork, size, shape, border, thread colors, and design specifications. Different designs must be purchased separately.

How It Works

1. Select your desired patch size.
2. Select your quantity.
3. Upload a clear copy of your logo or artwork.
4. Include any requested colors or special instructions.
5. We will review and prepare your design for embroidery.
6. A digital proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

Production will not begin until the final design has been approved.

Thread Color Limits

Standard and Large patches include up to three embroidery thread colors.

Extra Large, Oversized, and Jumbo patches include up to six embroidery thread colors.

The base patch fabric does not count toward the thread-color limit. A separately colored embroidered border does count as one thread color.

If your artwork contains more colors than the selected size allows, we may simplify the design or contact you with available upgrade options before production.

Artwork Requirements

For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS file with clear lines and solid colors.

Small lettering, gradients, shadows, photographic elements, distressed effects, and extremely fine details may need to be simplified for embroidery. We will contact you if your design requires adjustments.

Artwork preparation for standard designs is included. Designs requiring extensive redrawing, unusually dense embroidery, exceptionally high stitch counts, specialty thread, or additional revisions may require an additional charge.

Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before production begins.

Important Information

• Thread colors may appear slightly different from colors displayed on a screen.
• Exact sizing may vary according to the proportions and shape of the artwork.
• Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, colors, dimensions, and design details before approving the proof.
• Turnaround time begins after final artwork approval.
• Once a proof has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
• Because each patch is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the finished product is defective or differs from the approved proof.
• Orders containing different designs must be placed separately.
• Orders of more than three matching patches require a custom bulk quote.

Lead times may vary depending on order quantity, artwork complexity, digitization requirements, revisions, and production needs. Please allow sufficient time for us to design, prepare, produce, and ship your custom patches before your required date.

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have authorization from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

PHENOM will not reproduce protected logos, characters, artwork, or other copyrighted or trademarked material without documented permission from the rights holder.
